As your Life Coach, I will help you determine where you want to take your life.  We will work together to outline steps of action that move you forward and achieve your goals.

Most people only need four or five sessions with a life coach.  Occasional follow-up sessions or additional sessions are always options.  We can work together regardless of where you live or what your goals are.

Sessions take place either over the phone or in person and are scheduled at times convenient to you.

To gain better understanding of how life coaching works and to decide if it is right for you, the first session is at no cost to you.
