About Sharon
Sharon Nittinger is a graduate of Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where she earned her B.A. in
psychology. She completed her master’s degree in psychology at Loyola College in Maryland and obtained her master’s
in management at the University of Maryland. In addition, Sharon received a certificate in training from the Human Resource
Development Institute in New Jersey and a certificate in human resources consulting from Northeastern University in Boston.
During her professional
career, Sharon worked with mentally ill adults, as a therapist in a maximum security prison and as Director of Staff Development
in the Jefferson Health System in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
With a desire to help others become better versions
of themselves, Sharon started Nittinger Seminars. Applying her experience in the field of training and development, Sharon
developed seminars and classes that combined book knowledge with real-life solutions.
A natural outgrowth of seminars
and workshops, Sharon expanded her services to include Life Coaching. Pairing self-awareness with purposeful
drive, Sharon draws from both management and counseling theories when helping clients reach their personal goals. Sharon is on the faculty at Bohecker
College in Ohio and also conducts trainings for Maplewood Career Center. In addition, she facilitates trainings
through the University of Akron Wayne College Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development.

For the community, Sharon
frequently offers seminars to non-profit organizations, mothers' groups and volunteer clubs. Her workshops
are often offered through community education programs and hospitals.
In addition to her work with Nittinger Seminars, she is a columnist
for Womeninc, a monthly publication designed to inspire and empower women.
Currently, Sharon lives in Stow, Ohio, with her husband
and two children.
